Policy Changes Effective Immediately (4/6/2020)
Due to increasing concerns with COVID-19, we will be enacting the following policy changes, effective immediately, in order to keep the number of people down in our office and protect our staff and their families as much as possible.
*Appointments only, No walk ins. WHEN YOU ARRIVE, PLEASE CALL FROM YOUR CAR. DO NOT ENTER BUILDING UNTIL WE COME OUT TO GET YOU. We will be conducting appointments with owners waiting in the lobby, no clients will be allowed in the exam rooms at this time. Dr. Locke will come out to talk to you in the lobby. ONLY ONE PERSON PER APPOINTMENT. If you have more than one person, you will be asked to wait in your car!
*If you are in need of a refill, please call it in, and call us when you arrive. STAY IN YOUR CAR until we come out to assist you.
*A staff member will take your payment from you at your car, or you can pay with credit/debit cards over the phone.

A WORD ON COVID-19
As we are all trying to cope with uncertain times and unprecedented world health scares, we wanted you to know where we stand as a business and as a staff. We are healthcare workers, and much like our brave and overworked doctors and nurses across the country, we must continue to provide care for our patients and client community. At this time, we will remain open for our regular business hours, providing much the same services. We will, however, accommodate those of you who need it in any way we can. If you prefer not to come into our building, we will come out to your car to deliver your refill, process payments, get your pets, bring your pets out, whatever it takes in this time of need. We will also be willing to work with you on a case by case basis if you cannot leave your home. We do not want your precious family members to go without medical care or needed medications.
Rest assured, we are diligently disinfecting our facility multiple times daily, based on CDC recommendations, as well as practicing more hand washing than usual for our doctor and staff. If you have concerns, questions, or just want to let us know you are ok, please feel free to give us a call. We will be here, in one way or another, and will continue to monitor and adapt to the situation on a daily basis. Any changes to our normal operations will be updated here, but don’t hesitate to call ahead.
Animal Health Clinic has been providing care and service to our clients and patients since July 2000. Our mission is to be your healthcare provider for the animal family members of your household. Our philosophy is to provide the best quality medicine, staff, service, and facilities for you and your pets. The old fashioned values of honesty, integrity, customer service, and the “Golden Rule” still apply here. We welcome difficult cases in allergic, skin and ear problems, internal medicine, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery. For our cat owners, we would like to welcome you with the knowledge that we have separate exam and boarding areas specially designed for our feline patients, minimizing the stress of any of their visits with us.
Our normal business hours are:
Monday through Friday 7:30 am until 5:30 pm
Saturday 8:30 until 10:00 am (no doctor in the office)

We make every effort to ensure that our fees are fair and reasonable. You are encouraged to discuss charges and ask for an estimate before services are provided. Our fees are due at the time of services. We do not provide any billing services. Cash, checks, Mastercard credit/debit, Visa credit/debit, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit cards are accepted. We will also help you with claims to your pet’s health insurance policy.
